Our goal is to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible. Please be sure to read through the following information carefully.

Site Errors

Availability of products, pricing and services are subject to change without notice. Any errors found on our site will be corrected to the best of our ability. Fulton Stores reserves the right to revoke any stated offers due to any error within the Fulton Store web site. Please be aware that items such as bed frames and bed rails or slats may be needed to complete the item you purchased. We will let you know before delivery if any additional parts may be required to complete the set up of your item.

General

• All balances must be paid in full before delivery.
• At the time of delivery, please look over your merchandise and note any discrepancies on the delivery receipt. Signing upon delivery is your acceptance of the merchandise.
• All mattress sales are final and cannot be returned.
• In the event a split boxspring is required if the regular size does not fit, there is an additional charge.
• Manufacturer delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to get you the most current information available to us.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to take accurate measurements to ensure that the item purchased will fit in the entryway, doorway, elevator and or room.
• In the event that the item does not fit and a furniture breakdown may be necessary, there is an additional charge for that service.

Special Orders

A special order is:

• An item not displayed inside a Fulton Store Showroom.
• An item not normally stocked by Fulton Stores.
• An item displayed in a Fulton Store, but ordered in a different color, size or finish.
• Special Orders May Not Be Cancelled or Returned. Once ordered, our manufacturers will not accept returned merchandise.
• In the event that we agree to accept the return of a special order there will be a fee of not less than 20% of the purchase price plus any applicable delivery charge.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are estimated based on the items purchased. Additional truck toll and fuel surplus charge may apply based on your delivery address.
