All furniture purchases are considered special order and are not returnable for any reason other than manufacturer's defect on delivery. Regardless, we will often make arrangements to exchange merchandise for customers if they find it does not suit their needs. Such arrangements are entirely made at the Company's discretion. We reserve the right to service or repair within a reasonable time any defects noted at the time of delivery. Customers may purchase extended warranty plans on most items to protect their purchase in the future. In any case, if a return is approved it may incur a 20% restocking fee or store credit.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of completing your purchase as we are most often placing your order immediately with our suppliers and shipments cannot be stopped once they leave the warehouse. Refunds are given within 48 hours of receiving an approved cancellation. Non approved cancellations may incur a 20% restocking fee or store credit.
